The Tenant at the Granny Flat recently gave notice to vacate. Jenny recommended a higher rental amount for the next Tenancy based on her Market Report. Century 21 agent is managing our property for many years and we always been been very happy. We receive the statements and payments on due dates and never late. The tenants report with them very clearly but most importantly the agent contact us and asks our permission if they need to do any maintenance etc.
