I contacted Damien to understand local market and in-person inspections as I am interstate buyer. Damien inspected a couple of properties and sent me some videos. He also provided me rental appraisals and his knowledgeable opinions. I settled with one property and Damien pushed for a higher rental return as he believed in its potential. His found a tenant one week after settlement and the tenant moved in a week after. He seamlessly organised all the works needed to be done before the tenant moved in.
