i have two investment properties taken care of by hunt realty for years now and have always found the staff knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with.nothing is ever a problem for them with fast and efficient service.i am happy to recommend their services to anyone needing a great team to look after their property needs.

I contacted Damien to understand local market and in-person inspections as I am interstate buyer. Damien inspected a couple of properties and sent me some videos. He also provided me rental appraisals and his knowledgeable opinions. I settled with one property and Damien pushed for a higher rental return as he believed in its potential. His found a tenant one week after settlement and the tenant moved in a week after. He seamlessly organised all the works needed to be done before the tenant moved in. Highly recommend Damien and his team at Ray White Cairns South!
