Moving address can be a stressful and at time difficult experience so it was wonderful that my experience was seamless, expedient, professional and warm. At all times I felt like I was treated with courtesy and the response time to any questions were immediate. As a result, my experience at my new location has gone off to a great start, which is all you can hope for! I look forward to a great relationship with the agency.

Veronica has looked after my partner and I as tenants for just over a year now. She is BY FAR the best agent we've ever had. What sets her apart from previous agents who have looked after us (from other agencies and for other rentals) is that she's easy-going, responsive, reliable and just all-round awesome. Overall, the team was quite responsive. They were quick to respond when something was urgent, but for non-urgent matters, it sometimes took a little longer to hear back. Overall, communication was good, and issues were addressed when needed.
