Because they dont let the tenants down when ever they needed help. They are very helpful.

Easy for communication

The online features were a bit hard to setup and use.

The staff are very friendly and speak politely when having discussions on my rental properties. Also, they are up to date with the market value of the properties within the area. They are well organise in arranging tradesmen to do work on the properties.

It has been a pleasure to deal with Paul, Michael and Holly. Paul is never too busy to take the time to answer all my questions about being a landlord. I was nervous about renting my beloved unit for the first time but Paul put my mind at ease and answered with full transparency all of questions big and small. I feel secure knowing my property is being managed by such caring knowledgeable staff. Holly has always phoned to keep me up dated with new tenants and payments. The team are professional and go above and beyond to help. I would not hesitate to recommend Stone Real Estate to anyone looking at renting, buying or leasing their property. Thank you team for being kind considerate and empathetic to my needs it’s much appreciated

We had an excellent experience with Explore property when renting out our home. From the start, they took the time to understand our situation and expectations, and guided us with clarity and professionalism. Communication was smooth, transparent, and timely, which made the entire process stress-free. As locals, their strong knowledge of the local rental market was invaluable, particularly in setting the right rental price and finding suitable tenants. Reliable, approachable, and efficient, we felt well supported throughout and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent out their property with confidence.

I've been using Explore Property Cairns since 2017, and would absolutely recommend them for anyone looking for a property manager. They are very professional, reliable, and really know what they're doing. I can't think of a single time when I felt they could have done better. I've worked with a few of their agents and they've all been fantastic. Quite simply an outstanding service!
