Agencies in Zetland, NSW, 2017

Dylan has been very responsive and proactive in helping us to secure a tenant. And Sophia’s attention to details helped to finalize the lease in a speedy manner. Very happy with the result.

The property manager Jasmine Shade knows the tenancy ordinance and communicates effectively to me and my tenants. Dylan Henry has a good knowledge of the rental market and provides good advice. Rohan Alexander the director does not know what is happening and makes suggestions without communicating with his team and tried to change terms unilaterally without consultation making the experience unpleasant

Dylan, Carmen and the team have been super helpful throughout the process. Not once did I have to chase them for any information or updates. They always clarified any questions I had and followed up after my property had been rent. Could not recommend them enough.

Huge thanks to Benjamin for securing a tenant for our investment property so efficiently! The entire process was seamless, professional and stress-free. We couldn’t be happier with the result and highly recommend Benjamin and the Harris Tripp team to any landlord!

Good, fast communication and proactive in finding a good tenant. All the paperwork was made easy and they guides us every step of the way.

Satisfied with the result! Kristian was always incredibly responsive and able to address any concerns. As a first-time landlord he helped me navigate the process with an in-depth chat at the beginning before I made any commitment. He gave me prompt updates with inspections and candidates while I was away, and was always professional in communication. Highly recommend!
