She was mindful of the family's situation and helped us to deal with this aspect in a supportive and understanding manner. She advised on what we needed to do and the best approach going forwards. I first met Liz at our property where she not only suggested what needed to be done for selling our house and explained the process, she offered to coordinate the maintenance and repairs required which I accepted as she had been managing this property for years and always managed the maintenance well for us when required. The result was a massive improvement in the presentation and appeal of our property adding ten's of thousands to the value. When the maintenance work was finished she already had all marketing materials prepared and only had to add the photos showing the improvements done to the property. The property was so well marketed that there were over 35 viewings on the first home open, it was then sold in about 10 days for substantially more than we expected.
