She was recommended to me by a close friend after selling their home which they could not say one thing remotely negative just positives. My friends did do a lot of research on Real estate Agents before deciding to go with Jess and their team. Some Agents suggesting to them to spend thousands of extra dollars for no extra return on their investments. I decided to ring Jess about selling a property at 76 Amherst Street Acacia Ridge telling her that I wont be selling until a year later. Jess was still happy and came and met me at the house and she came with up to date reports for the area. Now this house was not in a very good state and I told her what I wanted to do to the property once it was vacant.
