I cannot rate Brock highly enough! He was AMAZING, and worth at least 10 stars!!! He made the selling process so easy. He gave fantastic advice with regard to what would, and would not, add $$$ to my sale price. I saved in excess of $40000 regarding work I thought would be needed, on the property, pre sale. He coordinated the work and styling…He did everything! It happened so quickly, with no input from me. My property sold in 5 days, for considerably more than I was expecting.
