Theon was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He organised stunning photography, an extraordinary video and marketing campaign in record time. His communication skills were outstanding. He was always early for the open inspections so he could update me with potential buyers feedback and would always call me straight afterwards with how the open went. Theon and his agency staff are very efficient with their communication and execution of documentation. Our home sold very quickly with only two weekends of open inspections. This was the second home Theon has sold for us and we will use him for all future home sales. I would highly recommend Theon and his agency team at Bruse Real Estate.
