Simone & myself have known the extended Phegan family for many years. They are all respected people in our area. Through our own business we meet many local business people in all professions. Brian & of course Rose, made a lasting impression on us when we first met them. Since our initial meeting we have dealt in several property transactions. They are both very professional, yet able to have a laugh, great communicators, & an understanding of their industry & the local market that only comes with years of local service & a true passion for what they do. They listened to what we wanted to acheive, guided us with their knowledge & delivered a result as promised. I strongly recommend Brian Phegan Real Estae to deliver results, whilst having a bit of fun along the way. Regards Scott & Simone.
