Great communicator - very responsive

Yin Yin was fantastic to deal with. She was very quick to respond to messages, and answer calls. She walked us through the whole process from inspections through to settlement, and was always happy to answer any of our questions. She was never in a rush, and took time to show us round the apartment amenities.

Totally professional and pleasant to deal with.

I met Luke when he did a probate valuation. Unlike one of the other agents he didn't keep ringing me, sending emails or being too pushy. He respected the time frame I was working with but also didn't hesitate to contact me when he had a prospective buyer. The sale was handled without fuss on the computer as I live some distance away from the sale property.
