As Real Estate owners ourselves, we know a quality agent when you see one. Geoff assisted our market entry after many amiss opportunities due to a moving market. We finally secured on a fallen contract a unit that we were extremely keen on. Segway to now as sellers, we listed with Geoff because he not only knows the market inside out, he's out to outdo himself with every property he deals with. The man's driven! To prove a point: Another agent sold in the complex & was after our business. Geoff's gold standard- is providing quality staging (he sees beyond what is there to what it should be); has very reliable & quality trade persons; obtained multiple offers from the 1st open; dealt with a mild break-in; & then secured a sale $64k above that agent's price without raising a sweat! Don't bother looking else where... he's 'the man'!

Jane was referred by a friend who has worked with her for a number of years. After signing Jane up I found that she had also helped another friends mother sell her home. Both rated Jane very highly. Jane was not over the top and didn’t push her own agenda. She was very responsive and kept me up to date on how the sale was progressing. Jane was so helpful in making our home ready for sale without having to go down a full home styling path. I enjoyed chatting to Jane especially about the real estate game which can be overwhelming. Jane and Joey are really the honest and most helping agents we came across in our search for out first home! They were so nice and welcoming and treat their potential buyers like humans and not just numbers. They were also kind and patient to answer all our needs from the contract signing to settlement. We purchased a house through Mark and found he was very helpful during sale process and quick and professional in responding to our queries. The handover of the house however was not as expected and were left disappointed by the agent's lack of knowledge of house and were left to follow up basic issues that would normally have been covered as part of handover direct with seller. While seller has been very helpful, it has also been awkward as some tech items advertised as part of sale of house either dont work or I need to contact manufacturer to find details (hopefully). These issues could have been dealt with as part of handover. Very happy with house but frustrated a little by post sale handover process which was not what we expected having just sold our property that involved rigorous handover. Left us thinking that Mark had moved onto next sale and left us to deal with seller on some awkward issues.
