WE THOUGHT ALICIA HANDLE THE NEGOTIATION WITH THE BUYER VERY WELL. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH HOW SHE HELPED THE TENANTS IN THE HOUSE TO UNDERSTAND WHAT THEY HAD TO DO AND ONCE THEY WERE OUT AND A LOT OF THE TENANTS BELONGINGS HAD NOT BEEN TAKEN HOW SHE HANDLED THE SITUATION AND HELPED THEM WITH A HANDYMAN TO CLEAN UP THEIR BELONGINGS.
