Once we had decided to downsize and sell our house we had 3 valuations done ,Kim didn't promise us the world with over inflated value just to get the listing , he gave us an estimate $value but told us that the market will determine the actual sale price ,however he asked our dream price and he would work towards that , which in the slowing housing market he achieved a great result for us.
