I had 3 appraisals prior to appointing Enzo and all 3 agents gave similar valuations. I appointed Enzo above the others as he seemed to be very professional and knew the market. I had an offer within 13 days of listing my property (2nd opening) which was at the upper end of the valuations. Settlement took place 2 months after acceptance of the offer. It doesn't get much better than that or run much smoother. 5 STARS
