Andrew really delivered his promise. He told me he knew the building and area well, as the property was very close to his agency and could promise me a quick sale. He definately kept his word as from start to settlement was 1 month. As i live in Sydney i needed someone that would communicate with me and he did. I would highly recommend him, and use him again.

He was also happy to go out of his way to do a special inspection as well for us following the original one.
