I achieved a price over asking all due to the excellent negotiating skills by McGraths senior agent Alex Jordan. Jordan worked tirelessly to get my property to market and Alex hit a home run, getting a sale within 2 weeks at a great price. I honestly feel I would not have achieved this result with another agency.
