While selling our property recently it was made easy throughout the whole process due to the professionalism, knowledge and communication that was provided to us by Alanna Hawkes from Petrusma Property. Thanks to Alanna we were able to sell our property quickly, within the price we were hoping for and the whole experience for us was stress-free.

Over the last decade, I’ve worked with numerous agents as both a seller and a buyer, and I can confidently say that Alanna stands out among the best. I had the pleasure of working with her as my real estate agent, and I couldn’t be more impressed. She is incredibly friendly, honest, and approachable. Someone you feel comfortable with from the start. Her communication skills are excellent, and she truly knows how to bridge the gap between buyer and seller with professionalism and kindness. What stood out most was her deep understanding of the market. She worked closely with me to ensure my needs as a seller were met while staying in tune with market trends and buyer expectations. Alanna always came prepared with a well-thought-out plan, and even had solid backup strategies in place just in case. I highly recommend Alanna to anyone looking for a dedicated, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring agent.

Alanna made our sale a lot less stressful than it could have been, she kept us informed, negotiated well with the buyers, achieving a quick result and a good price

The sale of my property was a reluctant and emotional one, after a number of circumstances combined to make selling a necessity. The property is environmentally sensitive and I've protected and nurtured the astonishing biodiversity, habitat and wildlife on the property for 35 years. Leaving felt like a betrayal to my native wildlife, especially as a wildlife carer and having my rescue babies return for years with joeys of their own down the generations. So many Tasmanians take our wilderness for granted, and shoot, have free-roaming cats and dogs and don't cherish all wildlife. Nick from Harrisons understood exactly where I was coming from and was totally on board. It was more important to me to find the right buyers who would genuinely be responsible custodians of this special property, and Nick supported and helped me in doing this. Nick was responsive, transparent and honest, and I felt like I had an ally, not just someone trying to get a sale. I am really grateful to Nick as we ended up finding the perfect buyers for my land, and whilst still sorry to be leaving, I am confident that my special property is passing into good and gentle hands. I will definitely use Harrisons as my agent in any future real estate matters.

From start to finish I always felt informed and supported throughout the process! Most importantly they were honest, professional and committed to getting the best outcome. I highly recommend the Agency and Nick in particular.

Nick was one of the team that sold my home. In a difficult market period they showed persistence and optimism, chasing down all avenues.

Nicks knowledge of the market in the local area was spot on and his communication and professional attitude was excellent

Nick Hay helped us sell our dad's beloved block on Little Pine Lagoon. Nick was very supportive, always available, and persevered through a slightly longer conditional contract period with an appropriate buyer to finally close out the sale. Nick helped us facilitate a good outcome all around and we are grateful to him.
