We had a great experience selling our property with Mark. His knowledge of the local area and professional, thoughtful guidance made a real difference. Mark was professional, friendly, and communicative throughout the process and achieved an excellent result for us in a challenging market . We’re grateful for his support and would happily recommend Mark to anyone looking to sell in the area.

Mark demonstrated great knowledge of the Strathpine market. He was always very responsive and kept us up to date throughout the process. It was a tough market to get a sale in but Mark persevered, negotiated hard and got us a good outcome in the end.

Just gets it done without any hassles. Open communication, clear goals and professional team. Would highly recommend

Questions were answered very quickly, they went above and beyond to help the house purchase go smoothly. They were extremely professional and helpful and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.

I couldn’t be happier with the experience of selling my home with Bonnie. From start to finish, Bonnie was incredibly patient, understanding and professional. She made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and manageable, and I always felt supported and listened to along the way. Her communication, knowledge and genuine care made such a difference. I’m very grateful for all her and the teams hard work and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent who truly cares about her clients and goes above and beyond.

Bonnie was an exceptional real estate agent throughout the entire process of selling my home. She was incredibly quick to respond, consistently available, and always willing to go the extra mile. She coordinated everything seamlessly from liaising with the builder to organising plumbing and other odd jobs which made the experience so much easier for me. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help stood out every step of the way. Bonnie guided me through the whole process with clarity and care, and I felt fully supported from start to finish. I couldn’t have asked for a better agent.

We engaged Eden Kenny from PositionOne Reality to sell our property in Kallangur. We are in NSW and we trusted Eden to get our QLD property ready for sale, advertise and show our property. We couldn’t have asked for more from Eden he went over and above any agents duty, nothing was a problem. He communicated with us regularly and kept us up to date with the potential buyers. We are extremely pleased with the professional service he offered and highly recommend Eden to anyone wanting to sell in his area. He sold the home for us in a reasonable time and we will definitely use him again. We can't thank you enough Eden.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Eden on a difficult simultaneous purchase + sale. We met Eden as the listing agent for the property we wanted to purchase. He displayed a beautiful home, was responsive to our enquiries and was genuine in his communications. We hadn't yet listed our own property as we were waiting to hear from other agents, and Eden, within an hour, was at our own property to support our sale. What we loved the most about Eden was that he was not pushy or arrogant, he was genuinely interested in helping us achieve our goals. Eden was committed to helping us to do this which meant that for us to buy our dream home he he had to get a fast sale on our property first. Time being of the essence, Eden managed to get an offer on our house WITHIN 2 DAYS. During the process of buying + selling, Eden was extremely communicative. He ensured that all parties were up to date, were meeting their contractual timeframes, and were satisfied. Most importantly, Eden was very calm although I imagine it was a stressful transaction for him to navigate as an agent. In total we managed to offer and settle within 3 weeks. AMAZING! Eden offered to help us with minor repairs, organised additional viewings and was all-round a wonderful agent. I couldn't possibly recommend Eden enough. If you're looking for an agent who is genuine, calm, and has integrity please call Eden Kenny. He's an absolute gem and we can't wait to work with him again in the future. Thank you so much Eden!!

Throughout the whole process, Eden was helpful and professional. He gave us great advice and acted with integrity to help us get the best price for our investment property. Eden's communication and advice was excellent. We highly recommend his services.
