I had a wonderful experience working with Buta Deogun during the purchase of my property. Buta was extremely professional, approachable, responsive, and supportive throughout the entire process. As a first-time home buyer, I had quite a few questions and concerns, but Buta was always patient and took the time to explain things clearly. He kept communication open, was transparent throughout the negotiations, and made the overall buying process much smoother and less stressful. I would happily recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Thank you, Buta, for making my home-buying experience such a positive one!

Buta ticks all the boxes that a seller could have. Buta always shows up for open-house ahead of time, he kept us informed of the market updates, never forced for a rushed decision, remained highly engaged with the potential buyers as well as kept the vendor in loop, took deep interest in all steps of selling processes right from the photo session. On top; Buta is an easy going person who sticks to what he says. And yes, Buta also cares about the buyers needs. Keep it up Buta! Good luck.

Buta was a breath of fresh air. A highly professional and considerate realestate agent who utilised reassurance and problem solving to help make me the owner of the apartment I wanted to buy right from the start. Thanks Buta 😊

Jared was very helpful and flexible in accomodating inspection times as well as making me feel at ease asking for help at any point of the process.

This is actually the second property we've bought with Benji, and the experience has been excellent both times. He’s so good at what he does — professional, never pushy, and always keeps us updated throughout the process. We truly enjoy working with him and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy.

Benji made my first home purchase so easy and straight forward. He always took the time to assist me with every step of the way. He is personable and made me feel like I was a good friend and vis versa. I would recommend him to anyone in the real estate market and hope he continues his work making many people happy.

Maddison was outstanding from start to finish. She drove the entire campaign, managed the open homes professionally, kept everything moving, and achieved an exceptional result in just 35 days on the market. What really stood out was that Maddison took the time to listen and genuinely understand what we wanted as vendors. She never applied a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, she worked with us to achieve the outcome we were aiming for and kept our priorities front and centre throughout the entire campaign. What sets Maddison apart is her integrity. She cuts through the noise, sees through the nonsense, and focuses on what matters most to get the best outcome for her clients. Her advice was always honest, practical and backed by genuine market knowledge. Despite achieving a record-breaking result, Maddie handled the entire campaign with calm confidence and professionalism. Nothing was ever too much trouble, communication was excellent, and she delivered exactly what she promised. If you want an agent with high integrity, a strong work ethic and the ability to cut through the noise and deliver, Maddison is outstanding. Maddison combines integrity, expertise and exceptional results in a way that is rare to find.

Jacqui is an outstanding agent and an exceptional negotiator. Throughout the process she provided honest, experienced advice, communicated clearly, and always followed through on what she said she would do. Her knowledge of the local market and ability to navigate negotiations made all the difference. Most importantly, she simply gets the job done. Highly recommended.

We recently sold our home with Jacqui Crapp and Maddy Crapp, and couldn't be happier with the result. From day one their communication was excellent — we always knew what was happening and never had to chase them for updates. The end result was a sale price that exceeded our expectations, and the whole process felt smooth and low-stress from start to finish. We'd recommend Jacqui and Maddy to anyone selling their home.
