He doesn't come across like a cliched real estate dude. Hes empathetic with people's situations. He listens, and is flexible but also willing to state his case when he feels strongly about things. Best of all he gets results. In a challenging mid 2026 market he got a fabulous result for us. He ran an auction campaign which generated strong interest and led to us selling prior.
