Expertise and professionalism in handling property sale

Tina Lee of One agency was introduced to us by our previous agent Clara Chan and she was highly receommanded. Through out this sale campaign Tina has use her skill and knowledge as well as her understanding of the market situation to present our property in a way that it can command a higher market exposure and also to show buyer of the property potential. It has not been easy under curent market suituation, however using her communciation skill, she manage to attract a few potential buyer and at the end secure a sale prior to tender and thus save us a lot of stress, to that we are vert much grateful, We would also thank Gabriel Leung of One Agency to follow up with the sale as well as dealing with the strata on our behalf and other matters related to the unit. We have no hesitation to recommand Tina and her team to any vender who are going to either sale or lease their properties.

Supportive, professional and excellent guidance for a first-time buyer

Tina and Gabriel were fantastic to work with throughout my purchase. Detailed, Thorough & Well Organised
