Selling interstate added an extra layer of complexity, but her professionalism, great local knowledge, and continual updates throughout the process made it so much easier. I never had to chase her up once for an update. We had a couple of bumps with buyers along the way (as you do) but Katie handled everything with confidence and got the deal done for a great price! I highly recommend her to anyone.

Ross was great to deal with and has excellent communication

Jacinta and Toby from The Agency, Kirra were great to deal with when we were purchased our property. They were relaxed, friendly and genuine (unlike a few agents we met recently) They communicated well, keeping us in the loop as needed. We were living in a caravan whilst searching for a property and had to take our dog just about everywhere with us. This was not a problem for them, in fact they welcomed our dog as much as they welcomed us which we appreciated greatly as she is part of our family. We definitely recommend engaging them if you're looking to sell your property or for whatever real estate requirements you might have.
