Jacinta and Toby from The Agency, Kirra were great to deal with when we were purchased our property. They were relaxed, friendly and genuine (unlike a few agents we met recently) They communicated well, keeping us in the loop as needed. We were living in a caravan whilst searching for a property and had to take our dog just about everywhere with us. This was not a problem for them, in fact they welcomed our dog as much as they welcomed us which we appreciated greatly as she is part of our family.
