We were referred to Trent through our neighbour who also listed with him. We were keen to have him review our place and let us know what needed doing before bringing it to market. We weren’t expecting to sell quickly, as properties on boat only access don’t suit everyone. So our plan was to do a few minor tidying up jobs before listing, then get photos and a marketing campaign organised. Then wait for the right buyer. Our expectation was that it would take about 12 months. It didn’t - it took 2 days! Trent had a buyer already on his list, and introduced them to the property the day after we signed up.
