Steve's knowledge of the market and area is exceptional. He and Leigh were both extremely easy to deal with, had great communication and were transparent. Steve and his team are ethical, friendly, knowledgeable and second to none. Extremely satisfied with the sale of our house and would use them again in a heartbeat.

Steve and his team are great to deal with and made it a flawless transaction with selling my property. Very happy with what we accomplished and would not hesitate to trust the team in the future

Steve was definitely on the pulse with the market. I thought I had done my due diligence before selling and had a figure in my head. Steve quickly confirmed he could do even better. I was a bit sceptical and he knew it. But instead just going for a quick sale at my price he kicked it out of the park with three offers well over my figure. Throughout the entire process every team member at NGU was on call 24/7 . Something I’ve never experienced before. The whole experience was 5 star.

I knew I'd be working with Jackson as my selling agent, years prior to putting my property on the market. Jackson's communication was incredible, and he kept me updated with the market regularly. His knowledge and advice were exceptional, and his sales support was greatly appreciated. The transaction was seamless, and I was very happy with the result. I'd highly recommend Jackson to anyone selling/buying in Ipswich.

We love Jackson. He always made himself available when we needed him. He is a great communicator. He is very professional while remaining very friendly and personable. He feels like a family friend. We felt no pressure from him at all which was great, making him very easy to work with. It was a pleasure to do business with Jackson. He deserves way more than 5 stars.

Jackson goes out of his way to help in any way he can to sell your property.
