We had a good knowledge of market at the time but because we lived in a Palm Lakes Resort we were disadvantaged by their interference, we owned house but not land & new team in Palm Lakes said they were too expensive, we wasted 6 months with them before we went looking Elsewhere, Michelle sold our home quickly & efficiently, we think very highly of her work ethic & integrity & are most grateful for all her help.
