I was annoyed because the offer was 15000 less than asking price. Buyer made out he was finance ready. It took 3 months for his finance to be approved with many an extension. If I had known this would have happened, I wouldn't have dropped the price on my home. I lost money on this sale

Lois had a buyer organised before we even went to market. She was a pleasure to deal with, got a price we were very happy with, was very helpful and trustworthy. She came recommended and now I know why!

Leah was wonderful to deal with, kept me informed on what was happening throughout the sale process and was very professional.

Christine was extremely friendly, professional and helpful. She worked hard and achieved a good result in a very short time. Nothing was a bother for her, if she said she was going to be there she was and always on time or a bit earlier. Christine it's been a pleasure dealing with you.

I could not recommend Jacinta more highly for the following reasons To purchase thru her as my wife and I have, we found she was polite friendly and got back to us when she said she would. No pressure and no hype just good honest advice We have sold thru her to , and found she was just the same on the other end and we were very pleased with the price she got for us
