Selling with Luke Papandrea of Griffith Realty was an outstanding experience. From our first phone call, we assessed that Luke was the correct person to market and sell our home. His local knowledge and organisational skills are exceptional. He arranged the right trades and professionals to prepare our property for market to a very high standard. His assistant Katie was incredibly helpful and efficient throughout the process. What we appreciated most was that there was never any pressure. All conversations were genuinely focused on helping us obtain the best results possible. We thoroughly recommend Luke Papandrea to anyone considering selling in Griffith.

Anthony’s knowledge of the market and the process made us feel very comfortable. Anthony is always available on the phone and kept us updated regularly. His calm personality kept us at ease throughout the process. Anthony will definitely be our go to Real Estate Agent for any future projects. We 100% recommend Anthony and LJ Hooker Griffith team.

We got to know Anthony while attending open homes and were very comfortable with his manner. He's knowledgeable but not pushy at all. When deciding to sell our property we had no hesitation in working with him, and have been so happy with the process and the result we achieved. He was always very prompt in dealing with matters that needed attending to, and kept us in the loop the whole time. His professional network helped us achieve a sale price beyond out expectations without having to go to market. Thanks Anthony!

We had a great experience with Anthony Sergi from LJ Hooker Griffith. He did an excellent job managing our property, including finding good tenants and keeping us well informed. When we later decided to sell, Anthony handled the sale professionally and made the whole process smooth and straightforward. We found him reliable, approachable and very knowledgeable, and we would happily recommend him to anyone looking to manage or sell a property in Griffith.
