Charissa was committed to getting the sale done at the best possible price. It was a long and complicated situation associated with a break up, but she understood and supported me through the entire process. Nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend Charissa! She is professional, skilled and is a genuine, caring human being! I’m proud to know her.

Rob and Gabby ran an excellent campaign for us. They were diligent in following every lead and kept us very much in the loop on what was happening. For three months we had openhouse inspections every weekend and often during the week as well, and each one of them was at least a 2 hour round trip for them. At the beginning of the campaign we met with them to develop a strong marketing plan, and the whole experience felt like a partnership from that point on. We have bought and sold many properties over the years, and this was by far our best experience. And most importantly we got a good price.

John was an absolute pleasure to work with. He made the experience of purchasing my first investment property a really smooth and enjoyable one. He was always approachable, responsive and happy to answer any questions I had throughout the process. As a first-time investor, I really appreciated his knowledge, guidance and willingness to make sure everything was clear along the way.
