He has an excellent understanding of where the market is at and maintained a profession approach throughout. While we didn't quite get the price we were hoping for, with his input, we believe we sold at the right time.

Michael was the sellers agent when we were attempting to purchase a property and he went beyond our expectations to keep us informed of the sellers status and intentions to resolve a complicated subdivision. When the seller ultimately took the property off the market Michael let us know of another similar property that had just been listed. With a lot of knowledge of the are he negotiated the sale which was settled in 5 weeks (rare for Tassie!). Michael is the consummate professional, knowledgeable, honest, and all round nice guy.
