Michael and his team were such a pleasure to deal with. I had approached him to sell my house because I had previously dealt with him as a buyer, and I was so impressed with his professionalism and transparency that time. He very much lived up to expectation in terms of being clear and upfront about what would be required for the campaign, being ambitious while remaining realistic, providing me with all the information and updates I required, and being really helpful and open in terms of assisting me with making key decisions. I never felt pressured, rushed nor ill-informed, and instead I felt supported and encouraged for the whole campaign. There were some massive market upheavals during the selling process and Michael and this team were great at letting me know how to navigate that, especially in terms of what offers to take seriously. Anne-Marie is down to earth, and speaks Australian not some real estate jargon, is very clear with her objectives and achievements and makes them happen.
