Royce displayed a high level of knowledge in the rural property market. He was also diplomatic with all his dealings throughout the negotiation stage in spite of some difficulties. When potential buyers dropped out of the market for our property he didn’t waste any time pursuing new potential buyers. All up Royce provided a good service and kept us informed at all times throughout the process. Although we didn’t quite reach the sale price we had hoped for Royce did work relentlessly to get the best price he could in the end.
