Prior to engaging Nicks services I had my waterfront property in Sorrento on the market for 12 months and attempted to sell it with 2 different Agents. Both were dishonest and unprofessional beyond belief luring me into listing with an inflated figure and wasting close to $20,000 in marketing costs. A friend recommended Nick to me.
