I'm have not always been a big fan of real estate agents but David was a straight shooter especially when I asked him some difficult questions. He didn't umm and ahh or change his story. I appreciated that as it showed he wasn't there to placate us just to get a sale but believed in his own strategy. The result of the sale speaks for itself. We had an offer within 48 hours of it hitting the internet at the high end of the price we wanted. David negotiated well between the us and the buyers. We were very happy with the price. Some people have asked "was it worth all that effort when it sold so quickly?". I think the reason why it sold so quickly and we got a great price was due to David's strategy. So it was absolutely worth the effort! We settled very quickly and everything post sale went amazingly smoothly. I would definitely recommend David and Stacey. Great team. Great sale. Well worth his commission and then some!
