We had a situation where a neighbour applied to the Land and Environment Court over boundary trees after the sale process had begun. The application was eventually dismissed but in the meantime our sale was prevented and our auction had to be cancelled. Dion never lost sight of our goal and managed to bring back the interested buyer after the 8 weeks delay and secure our sale. This was achieved even after 2 interest rate rises so we consider ourselves fortunate to have had Dion as our agent.

When we fell in love with one of them, she really helped us in the process and was forthcoming and transparent about what we were up against. She also went above and beyond helping the owners who were out of state to finalise emptying the property, sorting out donation piles and being really flexible in helping us view the property to assess what could remain. We won the house of our dreams with Dean Finch without the nightmare we recently had undergone with a solo real estate agent who had behaved unprofessionally and quite shockingly unethically as well (no communication, no transparency, privacy breach of our contact details, shifted blame onto our solicitor just to name a few things.) Dean Finch was nothing like that real estate agent, he was very communicative, set clear boundaries with final dates to make offers and established an open line of communication. There was no beating about the bush ,which we were grateful for. I would pick Dean Finch's professionalism over any solo real estate agency in the future as it was not worth the time, energy and wasted money.
