This was most definitely in part due Alen’s calm demeanour, which really helped when we had questions about the process or needed some sound advice. Marco was quick to communicate and professional during the whole process. He is very clear and doesn't waste your time. I had a good experience and very quick turnaround to reach an offer after months of dealing with agents that offered the opposite approach. He has good attention to detail and goes out of his way to accommodate your timeline. Highly recommended to deal with.
