Agencies in Darraweit Guim, VIC, 3756

We have known Gavin and his family for many years from their time living in Wallan. Gavin was first port of call when deciding to sell our property and I was extremely pleased with all aspects of the sale and the work that went into it to make it come to fruition. I highly recommend Gavin, his hard work and honesty from a seller's point of view is refreshing. Thanks Gavin.

Sarah really helped us buy our house and was very transparent with everything. 10/10

Aaron is the consummate professional. His market knowledge & approach is outstanding. Aaron is a lateral thinker always providing opportunities to help support your requirements. I would recommend Aaron for all your real estate needs.

We have used Julie to buy and sell properties in the Gisborne. Julie is very conscientious and driven to succeed, which is good for all parties. Julie aims to please everyone which can fill her diary very quickly and can lead to the odd clash of appointments. But her buoyant personality overcomes any animosity. Julie works hard for her clients. We sold during the height of Covic-19 and had to accept a drop in price by about 6-7% but that was no fault of Brad Teal or Julie.

We recently purchased a property through Bev and were extremely happy with her approach, right from the start. Firstly, a seller you look for an agent who properly qualifies a potential buyer and asks the 'tough-questions'. Bev did that with us and we could tell that she knew what she doing and is a very competent agent. She probed into our situation and really understood the kind of buyer we were. She did such a good job, we made an offer after seeing our property within an hour. The offer was accepted in less than 10 minutes. As a buyer, she kept in constant contact with us and was never more than 5 minutes from calling back if we left a message. There were no issues in the process at all, but that is not to say that there were not challenges - Bev simply took care of them with no fuss. Even when we asked a few times if she could let tradespeople in to measure up for things before we had settled, she always looked after us. Nothing was too much. That was proven upon settlement when she handed over the keys at property and helped organise repairs and services right away (the tradespeople were there the same day). Bev even offered to pick up some groceries for us for when we moved in due to us travelling interstate! What an agent! My advice is as a vendor/seller, hire her immediately to sell your property. As a buyer....try and convince the owners of the home you're trying to buy to engage Bev! :D It's potentially lost on most people who sell a home, but if you have an agent who treats your prospective buyers with the care and attention Bev does, you really ensure the best result.

I asked 2 things from Hitesh, to be honest and transparent. He delivered on both, very honest and genuine. Nothing was too much for him and the team. Every question and query was answered and if he didn’t know the answer, he would find out and let us know. Very big on communication, felt comfortable asking anything. Thank you Hitesh, Jag and team, you’re the best!

Brendan despite being faced with conveyancing issues, went above and beyond to ensure this complex property(ies) were marketed and sold separately to everyone's satisfaction. We are appreciative for the ongoing prudent advice and assistance Brendan gave us throughout the process. Would highly recommend him to others in the area seeking an agent.
