Not having lived in Townsville for many years, we chose Malcolm as he had come well recommended by friends. From the beginning, Malcolm listened, responded easily, and gave advice about things we didn't know we needed to ask! He was prompt in keeping us 'in the loop' with the next steps and processes. Signing of documents was easily accomplished. He gave us background, support, quick response times and was a very easy person with whom to work. Thank you to Malcolm and the others in the team at Kingsberry Harcourt who helped the sale be achieved.

Very pleased with sales coverage and KH’s effectiveness and interaction with buyers. Efficiency with paperwork and good communication lead to an excellent result - House got sold. Well done Malcolm and team.

Thank you Allison for a great experience selling our home with you. We found your dedication, knowledge and patience made the process so much easier. Your team, both Jake and Tanya were most helpful. You all were very informative and transparent in the process.

Being a first time home buyer I was very anxious about take the plunge into the market. I had been saving for a few years and had a loan approved, the only worry was buying the right property in the right place, I wanted to make sure it was a good choice. Fortunately I drove past this house the day Allison had a viewing and decided to check it out. Bushland Beach is a awesome area, especially for my lifestyle, so owning a house there would be great. All the house I had previously looked at didn't feel right with me, until I walked through this one, immediately I planned on what living in this house would look like and it felt right. When I met Allison she was very transparent and informative of the state of property at the time. With the details she gave me I felt confident in the property, especially thanks to her guidance and fast acting help along the way. Extremely happy with the purchase and cannot wait to be fully settled in. Big thank you to Allison and Tanya for all their help. I cannot recommend their service enough!

Allison was excellent to work with and helped us acquire an ideal investment property at a good rpice.
