Grant was an excellent agent who worked with us to help negotiate the purchase of our property. He was always contactable and responsive (even during Xmas break) and, in the end, he was probably the grease that was able to get the sale done.

Grant took away all my fears and with his extensive knowledge made the process a step by step task. He was always available when I had questions. His verbal or written communication was instant. Grant would always say, "no worries, leave it to me", he would then work to resolve any issues, which then led to a positive result.
