He was able to achieve a sale price well above the appraisal values giving me a very satisfactory sale price and in remarkably quick time. We had an open house on Saturday and sold on Wednesday; with a higher than anticipated result. I engaged Jeff as an agent because of his authentic and personal nature together with his professionalism. I was absolutely delighted with the result and the process-thanks Jeff. The sales strategy was explained well and we were provided honest price guide expectations. I chose Troy as when comparing with other agents, the other provided pie in the sky sell prices that could not be backed up with any data and their sales strategy restricted potential buyers. Troy was actually at the open homes and did not send a junior agent on his behalf. He actively engaged with potential buyers and did a whole lot more than just stand out the front and collect names. The result was a significant number of groups view the property at the open homes. 6 different groups made offers and we are very happy with the final sale price all done in just over a week of listing.

Lance is honest, trustworthy and always comes back smiling no matter what you throw at him. That winning smile was a sign. He gets the job done quickly, efficiently, effortlessly and doesn’t make you feel as though you are bidding against yourself to get the agent a higher commission as some do. He made it happen for us (with a bit of help from above) so that the purchase ties in with the sale settlement when I felt I could take no more stress of selling and buying. The home ticks all our boxes and is the one for us. First and only home he has shown us and it was the one and meant to be.
