9 real estate agents in Blackbutt North, QLD, 4314

Ann-maree has shown a high level of knowledge in real estate in our area. I believe she has the most knowledge and experience out of any competing agents for our area. Ann-maree worked hard to obtain best interests for both buyer and seller in our sale.

My agent understood exactly what I was looking for and helped me to find it. Her knowledge of all local services and how to access them has been invaluable. She was particularly clear about the necessary requirements that are a must have when purchasing a parcel of land in a country town which was very new for me. I found her work colleges helpful and I was able to contact them with any questions leading up to the settlement also helped me to engage the correct legal professionals. I can genuinely recommend Ann-Maree as a trusted real estate agent to engage in Blackbutt Qld.

Ann-maree was especially great in negotiations, she was exacting in her knowledge about today's market and communication with us was tops and could not be understated. Ann-maree went above and beyond any agent we have dealt with in the past (we have sold and bought at least 6 properties in our time so far, making it we have had at least 12 different agents). I would recommend Ann-maree and her team to anyone wanting to buy or sell.

Tammy was very professional great communicator it made buying a house from her seamless I highly recommend her services thank you very much Henry and Ashleigh

Tammy helped us all the way through the buying process. She went the extra mile to help us out as we weren't there to see the house until move in day. We would recommend Tammy to people buying or selling their property in the Blackbutt area.

Thank you Main Street Realty Blackbutt Qld, daughter and mother team Tammy and Ann-Maree for helping Peter and I to buy our dream farm we called GoatView at Blackbutt North. We are over the moon.
