Thank you Bibby, for helping us to buy a property. Bibby was easy to communicate with and helped us to achieve agreements with the seller. He was emphatic with both the seller and the buyer. He also helped us many times to visit to the property on our behalf.

Jamie helped us buy a house, then marketed and sold an investment property. Dealing with 4 tenants , and getting buyers thru was handled really well. We gave him a set of keys and stayed out of the way. The reporting after each inspection was thorough , and every time we made a comment or suggestion he followed thru. We felt part of the sale ,and had input during the negotiations etc. Liaison with our conveyancing team, was important as we had difficulties with the purchasers “legals”. We are about to list another property for sale with Jamie, and the Peter Lees Agency.
