I first met Simone at the start of 2024 and she was very professional and down to earth. She gave her professional opinion on renting and selling the property which I took into consideration fast forward to the end of that year I ended up selling my property and throughout the whole process she was able to guide me through without any problems as a new seller not knowing my way around the market space. She gave well informed information and discussed prices on the market and contracts which she is very knowledgeable in at a great commission rate aswell and she was able to get me a great offer in such a short period which impressed me. All in all if you're looking at renting selling or buying Simone is the go to person and I would go with Simone again if I were in the market again thanks Simone. Adrian

I was buying an investment house in Townsville. Many agents typically didn't respond to my queries or dropped out midway through negotiating a sale. Simone was different. She worked with me and we managed to find one to the specifications I was after. I purchased the house and closed quickly. Simone then bought another one to my attention and I purchased that as well. Would work with Simone again in a heartbeat. A wonderful personality and a hard worker.

During a really tough & emotional time selling our Mothers home with Grant Davison realty was made so easy to deal with . Grant was professional, knowledgeable about the surrounds & market value of homes in the area & got us top price which we didn’t expect ! Grant communicated on a daily basis as our process wasn’t just as simple as selling a house ! There was a lot involved due to Mum’s s passing & solicitors to deal with as well ! Grant & Donna inspected the house offered professional advice on how to prepare the home for photos & open house . The home had a generous offer within days but due to the probate & transmission of the estate , settlement had to be delayed but that did not hinder the sale whatsoever. I highly recommend Grant , he was compassionate & showed empathy during a really tough time for myself & siblings . If you want the best agent you found him !
