Nicola was a pleasure to work with from the first meeting. My mum was moving into aged care after living in her unit for 42 years and Nicola was very caring and compassionate. She went above and beyond her requirements to get the unit ready for sale which took a lot of pressure off us. Her knowledge of the area and the market made for quick responses and a quick sale. Her colleague Ebony was also very professional. Thank you Nicola for making a stressful period less so.

Selling my home for the first time felt rushed, and several requests I made regarding the property description were overlooked. While attendance at open inspections continued to increase, the market itself was clearly readjusting. Within just 14 days, there were 21 inspection attendees and two serious buyers, demonstrating strong interest in the property. Despite this, I ultimately felt pressured into negotiating with a buyer who remained firm on their position. Throughout the process, it appeared the agent was primarily focused on securing one particular buyer, repeatedly emphasising the importance of not losing them and referring to missed opportunities with previous buyers. This left me feeling that other potential opportunities may not have been fully explored. In addition, Tanja frequently referenced examples of other vendors who had struggled to sell their properties, which I felt added unnecessary pressure during the decision-making process. As a result, I did not feel fully supported in making a considered and informed decision that aligned with my own objectives as the seller. Ultimately, the property sold for what I believe was a fair price. However, my concerns relate not to the outcome, but to the process. With better communication, greater consideration of my preferences, and less pressure throughout negotiations, I believe the overall experience could have been handled more effectively.

My 80 year old mum was nervous about selling her home - especially at auction which she’d never done before. But James explained the process so well and was so reliable and competent and kind throughout the campaign. We loved having him as Auctioneer also and we’re so thrilled with the outcome. The whole experience was a pleasure and we’d recommend James to anyone wanting to sell their home.
