I highly recommend Divine Property. Ivan and his team were professional, honest, and transparent from start to finish. Their commitment to providing excellent service and genuine support made the experience truly positive. I would highly recommend Ivan and the divine property team to anyone looking to purchase a property.

We had a great experience selling our apartment with Ivan. He was very responsive, proactive and kept us updated throughout the whole process. The market was quite challenging at the time, but he continued to follow up with buyers, negotiate hard on our behalf and never made us feel pressured to accept an offer we weren’t comfortable with. What we appreciated most was his professional yet very down-to-earth approach. He was realistic, helpful and patient, and always communicated in a calm and respectful way without ever being pushy or overly sales-focused. He gave us honest advice, listened to our concerns and made the whole process feel much more manageable. We’re very grateful for his persistence during the final negotiations and for helping us achieve a result we were happy with. He helped make a stressful process much easier. Highly recommend Ivan to anyone looking for a genuine, professional and easy-to-work-with agent! :)

Ivan was very helpful. He was available to show us the property multiple times and was communicative throughout the negotiation process. He was responsive and transparent, resolving any concerns we had with the property, liaising with the vendor, their solicitor and strata as needed. Overall, we found the process straight forward and would be happy to work with Ivan again.
