We are very experienced long term investment property investors and were extremely impressed with everything throughout the sales process including: (a) Market knowledge, (b) Fairness and integrity, (c) Negotiation (d) Agreeing with us the sales process and a sensible fair price range so that there was good interest and competition and a good price was achieved in a reasonable time period [we did not loose the benefit being able to sell in an initial window], (e) treated the existing tenant (our customer) + prospective purchasers + ourselves with great respect at all times and (f) clearly has a strong presence as someone all parties were very comfortable dealing with.

Kendall kept us well in formed during the process. Unfortunately it took longer than expected but not a straight forward sale . Kendall was helpful with us negotiating with our buyer, and got the job done in the end .

Kendall showed a lot of knowledge of the area, kept us updated. She did a great job organising the open houses as both the properties had tenants occuping them. Not a easy job .
