Considering the purchase price and size of the property, the experience was average. We have purchased, sold and leased other properties and the experience was very different to this experience. Typical, run of the mill. Not bad, not great, simply average.

My agent Olivia was fantastic. Nothing was a problem for her. She explained everything that was going on through the whole process. Olivia went beyond what I expected from her. Her personality, professionalism & eye for detail was outstanding.

I can not recommend Jemery high enough he made our sale on our first home an enjoyable stress free one. With multiple offers and only on the market for a little amount of time. Our house wasn't an easy one to sell with it being on the main road and next to a set of traffic lights we knew what fight we were up for after interviewing other realestate Agents and them telling us we can only get x amount then PRD came along and got us 20k more then we expected with multiple offers to choose from.
