Rory was wonderful in facilitating our purchase. He helped to make what could have been a problematic process smoothly flow to follow the plans of both vendors and purchasers. So nice to deal with an authentic and understanding agent.

We are so happy with the job Rory did. He kept us updated the whole time and always answered our questions quickly. He even got plenty of buyers interested when the rural market was slow and not many properties were selling within our local area. He made the whole sale smooth and easy!

Jade has been really great at communicating all through the sale. She has kept me up to date on everything.

We cannot recommend Jade highly enough. In all facets of buying a property, she is knowledgable, honest, reliable, and personable. The process was so easy and enjoyable from beginning to end. Not only are we stoked to have found the property our family bought, we're absolutely delighted we were able to purchase through Jade :) Heartfelt thanks, Jade!

Jade's extensive date base helped us to reach genuine buyers to our property which in turn resulted in several genuine expressions of interest. This facilitated a quick sale to the satisfaction of both parties. Thank you Jade for all your support and assistance.

After long consultations with Carl he understood our position & requirements and a price range. As we were retiring to house we needed a walk in walk out type of agreement. Carl organised this via the contract stating inclusions. He has been upfront and explained everything as the sale progressed.Carl also did all advertising and an overhead drone display of the property. He also took all the stress out of the emotional sale of a generational property. Many thanks Carl .Brian & Jean Johnston.

If you are looking for a real estate agent who genuinely goes the extra mile, Carl Hurford is the one. Selling our property remotely could have been stressful, but Carl took care of everything- coordinating trades, lawyers, arranging maintenance and personally stepping in wherever something needed attention His attitude was always upbeat, friendly and solution focused. He made the entire experience seamless and worry-free. Carl is exceptional at what he does, and I would recommend him without hesitation.

Carl was great to deal with, being a rural property I was only able to attend inspection at very short notice. Carl was very professional and was able to supply myself and finance team all information required in a timely manner. Carl was also able to supply us with any additional information that we requested. Very happy with the purchase and can highly recommend Carl and the team at Dorrigo Ray White
