The Vendor solicitor caused huge amount of issue with unresponsiveness and ignorance. However, Jenny kept calm and collected, kept being responsive even when she was overseas. She followed up everything till we got the property settled. She became a good friend through this process. Both myself and my wife had an amazing experience with her.
