Even with inspections happening, we never felt pressured or inconvenienced. When Sam realised we were also looking to buy, he genuinely took the time to understand what we wanted. He kept in touch, sent us properties that actually suited our budget and needs and made the whole process feel honest and easy. We ended up purchasing a property through Sam and we are very happy with the outcome. Sam showed us options with this new property and was clear on neighbourhood potential. Sam Roman was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. He was the selling agent for the property we were renting and made the whole inspection process feel easy and respectful. When he found out we were also looking to buy, he kept us updated, sent us relevant properties within our budget and was always transparent and honest. He was really helpful on what were the best opportunities and how to engage with the seller. We ended up purchasing through Sam and couldn’t be happier.
